This is reality! I left the original footage untouched to show you how the shooting isn't always perfect. Drahuse is playing a lady who makes an unplanned stop to relieve herself. Usually they don't make videos like this but that one is special. Firstly, the woman graciously goes out of the car and walks with a pressure we can feel too in her.
